Artist Biography

Jeanette Goulart is a mixed media artist who paints abstracts in a colorfully fun and expressive way. Jeanette has won many local awards over the years and has taught classes in drawing, watercolor, abstract, collage and mixed medium. She currently shows her work at SORENSENS and ROLLF'S GALLERY and FRAMING in Fresno. She is also a member of Cambria Center for the Arts in Cambria CA.

Goulart has worked in the beauty industry for 40 years and looks back on those years with fondness. Embarking now on her second career and loving every minute of it. Jeanette lives in Clovis with her loyal and loving dog, Sugar. Goulart says of her dog, "Everyone knows SUGAR, she's kinda popular on Facebook." When she is not in her studio, you will find her at the beach, soaking up the refreshing, invigorating and soul-satisfying ambiance of our Central Coast. It is in these two places that she feels totally free.
